Another Photo Of Kathryn On The Set Of Cougars, Inc.

onset_004_20100209Asher Levin has posted a couple of on set photos taken by Neil Fernandez on the Official Cougars, Inc. Facebook page.  One them was of Kathryn so I have added it to the Gallery.

It is quite a small picture but you don’t need a big picture to showcase that amazing smile.  Bigger would be better though :-)

Danny Pino Signed For New Pilot – Update x2

I’ve been informed by regular reader IcyWinter that news has broken regarding Danny Pino, Cold Case’s Scotty Valens, starring in a possible new TV show.

The NBC show is called S.I.L.A. (Special Investigations Los Angeles) and is a drama involving the police and politicians.  Danny is down as playing the partner of a “Special Investigations Unit” detective.  This is just a pilot at the moment, and Danny is apparently the first actor to be cast, so everything could change.  I’m sure I speak for all of us at KM UK in wishing Danny the best of luck in his future career.

Although this sort of news falls outside the normal scope of this site I am more than happy to report news on Kathryn’s Cold Case castmates as I know many of you are big fans of them.  If you find any such news that you would like to share then please contact me.

Update: Deadline.com have posted a follow-up piece about further casting news for this show.  Daniella Alonso and Matthew Levy have signed for the pilot.  Still no word on the actor for the lead character.  Read the article in full HERE.

Update 2: And now Mädchen Amick has signed for the pilot as well.  She’ll play a lawyer.  Details on Deadline.com HERE.

Cougars, Inc. Photoshoot Behind The Scenes Video

001We may have been disappointed by the lack of Kathryn at the Oscars but I think this may make up for it.  A lot! 😉

Photographer Steven Taylor, who did the Cougars, Inc. photoshoot we saw images from late last year that makes up the cover art work for the DVD/Blu-ray releases of the movie, has put a behind the scenes video from the shoot on YouTube.  And it is quite a sight to behold for us Kathryn fans.

The video shows the ladies of the movie Kathryn, Denise Richards, Rebecca Mader and Catalina Rodriguez and Kyle Gallner posing for photos.

There are a set of HD (720p) screencaps and a small copy of the video in the Gallery.  You can find the original YouTube video HERE.

Thanks to Kareen_T for the heads-up and thank you to Steven for the video and photographs.  Hopefully we’ll more of the results of this shoot in the coming months as we near the DVD/Blu-ray release.

Cougars, Inc. Blu-ray On Amazon UK… Sort Of

Blu-ray boxCougars, Inc. on Blu-ray has made an appearance on the United Kingdom version of Amazon online store.  However, it is not a proper UK release, rather it is an import of the American one.  You can find the item listing here.

No price or release date is given, just the option of signing up to receive a notification of availability, but I’m sure the details of American version apply :-)

So far we have America, Canada and our original surprise sighting of Germany listing Cougars, Inc. on Blu-ray and/or DVD.  If you spot it as being available in your local area please let me know via the contact form.

I updated the Blu-ray box image in the Gallery yesterday with a version that includes the spine (as seen on the right).  That section appears to have been cropped off the previous version.
