One More 2 Br/1 Ba On Set Photo

As some of you have already spotted, yesterday (or was it the day before? damn timezones) the official Facebook page of the upcoming feature film 2 Br/1 Ba got a few extra tenants. Tenants in the form of hundreds of on set/behind the scenes photos that is.

In amongst the multitude are a few photos of Kathryn on the set during her day’s filming back in September. Regulars to KM UK will recognise them all. Except one. The one you see above.

Eight of the nine photos on Facebook formed the basis of a wonderful set of exclusives we ran in late October (here and here). Despite KM UK having that 9th image at the time, it was not posted. We’ve been waiting for an appropriate time to correct that ever since.

Now the cat’s out of the bag it seems right to add the remaining (not so exclusive, but a lot bigger) image to the Gallery.

2 Br/1 Ba, starring Alexa Vega (Spy Kids) and Spencer Grammer (Greek), is currently scheduled for a January 2013 release. Alexa and Spencer play Janie and Dee, roommates in the titular 2 Br/1 Ba apartment. What happens between them is not entirely clear at this time but the photos on Facebook give some intriguing clues. Kathryn is Olivia and appears in only a few scenes but they are said to be significant.

More The Sweeter Side Of Life Promo Photos

Four more promotional photos from the forthcoming Hallmark TV movie The Sweeter Side Of Life have been released.

Here we see stills of Desiree Harper (Kathryn) in various stages of the journey she goes through in the film, including working in the bakery with her father (James Best, Roscoe P Coltrane in The Dukes Of Hazzard).

The Sweeter Side Of Life will première on the Hallmark Channel in the United States on Saturday the 19th of January 2013.

The previously posted petite promo photo ~~phrom~~ from The Sweeter Side Of Life has now been updated in the Gallery with a much larger version. That is all.

The Sweeter Side Of Life – Trailer

This so-called holiday season is proving to be anything but for us here at KM UK 😕 Busy, busy, busy.

Last week it was the first look at a promotional photo from The Sweeter Side Of Life along with the announcement of the première date.

This week it’s the first trailer.

Spoiler Alert. It’s a given that a trailer for a film will divulge certain details, but in this case a warning is definitely warranted. If you wish to keep a little mystery in your relationship with this movie you should probably not watch the video. It is, metaphorically at least, putting-out on the first date. Until the full film is released we won’t know for sure but the whole plot appears to have been encapsulated in just under 3 minutes of footage. Don’t come crying to us if you regret watching it. We’d expect the trailer that appears on TV prior to the broadcast to be less… comprehensive.

Anyway, The Sweeter Side Of Life looks like far more of a comedy than KM UK thought it would and could be far more entertaining than we feared. Kathryn gets to do a bit of slapstick comedy and is covering a lot of other character traits. We’re not sure we’ve ever seen so many hairstyles on one person in such a short space of time. Plus, the blue dress from the promo photo makes an appearance 😀 How many looks?

Kathryn @ Fashion Girls For Humanity: Sandy Benefit

Kathryn has clearly been in a very charitable mood of late. Quick, someone ask her for a few bucks!

Today (Saturday, 15th December 2012) Kathryn attended a Fashion Girls For Humanity (FGFH) event in aid of the victims of hurricane Sandy, which hit the Eastern Seaboard of the US of A last month.

FGFH, originally founded in the wake of the Japanese Tsunami of 2011, continues to raise money for good causes by organising sales of clothing donated by top fashion labels. You can read more about the FGFH on their website. Looks like Kathryn bought a few bags-worth. Hopefully we’ll get to see the results of the shopping sometime soon.

So far we have a couple of photos of Kathryn at the event now in the Gallery. We’ll add more if we get them.
