Cold Case S01E15 – Disco Inferno HD Screencaps

Yes, it’s the episode that ends with Rush and Kite at the disco. Will also has a quick boogie back at the office. It’s Disco Inferno.

The 1978 fire at a disco in which 22 people died might not be the straight forward arson case it first seemed when the skull of a 23rd body is found. The bullet hole suggests he didn’t die in the fire. The squad boogie on down to business to crack it

Kite persuades Rush to go dancing with him in return for helping to… not so much ‘pop a cap’ in a suspects ass as pop one out 😯

Cold Case S01E14 – The Boy In The Box HD Screencaps

Despite their undoubted good works and devotion, you can be pretty sure that when a nun appears in a TV show or film they will be anything other than heavenly. I would post some nun jokes but I will try and resist. It’s such a bad habit… 😛

The Boy In The Box, episode 14 of Cold Case season 1, is the latest to get the KM UK Summer of HD 2012 upgrade treatment. Apparently based on a true story, our favourite PPD squad tackle the 1950s case of the body of a young boy found in cardboard box. New evidence identifies him as the resident of a Catholic orphanage.

Cold Case S01E13 – The Letter HD Screencaps

Episode 13 of Cold Case season 1 is The Letter and is the latest entry in the KM UK Summer of HD 2012.

The murder of a woman in 1939 makes this one of the oldest cases Lilly and squad ever tackled. The lady’s grand-daughter found a letter from the victim to her daughter, who was living apart from her, that starts the hunt for the killer. A stash of letters and several digs through the city’s crime record archives (see above) gets Philly PD’s finest on the trail. How is the mysterious “milkman” involved? And what’s all this talk about candy?

Cold Case S01E12 – Glued HD Screencaps

It might be the KM UK Summer Of HD 2012 but snow features heavily this week. Glued was Cold Case season one’s 12th episode.

Stillman has a 20 year old case that he just can’t close. A young boy, the eldest of three children, in a family struggling to get by is found frozen to death under a blanket of snow in an alleyway. He’d gone out to buy a notebook for school.

Rush and the team take a fresh look at the case so we know it won’t unsolved for long. There are a lot of suspects, including the boy’s own parents and a local hoodlum that disappeared rather than face more police interrogation.

Kite finally breaks down a few walls by getting a foot through the door at Lilly’s house. He doesn’t get much further than stroking her cat though 😮

Cold Case S01E11 – Hubris HD Screencaps

Hubris writers Kim Newton and Stacy Kravetz appear to have taken a leaf from Veena Sud’s book on episode titles.

College professor Roy Minard (Jeffrey Nordling, 24 and Body Of Proof) asks Rush to clear his name after being accused of murdering a student. With that title, and applying the normal Cold Case “the most recognisable guest star probably did it” rule, who do we think is the mostly likely suspect? Hubris indeed.

It makes for quite a twist on the normal storyline but it is rather overshadowed by the scene pictured above. Rush’s trashcan can-can (not a great description but I had to use the phrase ) is a joy to behold.
