EMA Awards, October 2010 Update

Where are you Kathryn? We miss you.

On Saturday (15th October 2011) there was the 21st running of the Environment Media Association Awards. After appearing at the event three times in the past four years it seemed like a good bet that Kathryn would attend again. Sadly, as far as we can tell, that was not the case

In lieu of new photographs we’ll revisit last year’s EMA Awards.

For the 2010 event about environmental issues like climate change, Kathryn raised a more than temperatures and awareness in her “LBD” (in this case “little blue dress”) and glowing tan 😮 Eyebrows! I meant she raised eyebrows 😉

We have 12 new or updated photos from the Arrivals of the 20th Annual Environment Media Association Awards in the Gallery. 5 of the first 6 images are now much increased in size. There are also 3 new large and 4 new small ones, expanding the total to 77.

Golden Globe Awards Lounges, Jan 2010 – More Freebies – Update

We take small leap back in time to add some new images to an old event.

Walking Dead Premiere, Oct 2010 – Rises Again

Back in 2010 Kathryn made a few public appearances. Remember them? Heady days indeed Today we are returning to one of them to bring you some additional pictures from the event to mark the première of the TV show The Walking Dead. You can read about it here in the original post. There weren’t many pictures of Kathryn available but the few that there were certainly got us talking

The new photos are little unusual compared to what we are used to seeing from this kind of red carpet event. The photographer, going by the name of Gee Dub, is a professional but on this occasion he was stood with other fans rather than the snappers so the pics were taken at a greater distance than normal. This makes for an interesting set of shots as they are taken from a different perspective. The event as a whole was odd due to the presence of “zombies” wandering around.

Gee Dub has added a watermark around the edge of each image, but it is subtle and doesn’t detract from the subject. I wouldn’t normally add watermarked photos to the Gallery but I am happy to do so in this case and give credit where credit is due.

Jack Goes Boating, Sept 2010 – Yep, Again

Another week has gone by with no sign of Kathryn appearing at any public events. So, we’ll just have to look back at some from last year and make them even better.

For a small event from which we only have 14 photos (and a load of screencaps) we do seem to keep coming back to it. This is the 4th post (1, 2, 3) about Kathryn’s appearance at the première of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s directorial début!

The nine smaller images (the first 9 in the set) that were previously enlarged have been increased in size yet again to super-size. You can find them in the Gallery.

Women In Entertainment Breakfast, Dec 2010 – 2nd Helpings

It’s not all cougars, cougars, cougars…

The Hollywood Reporter’s Annual ‘Power 100: Women In Entertainment Breakfast’, marked the last of Kathryn’s public appearances of 2010, and the last full stop at the time of writing. It may have won the worst costume award in the recent KM UK Awards 2011 (and fellow KM UK Award winner CarleneK did Kathryn’s makeup for this event) but we’re not quite finished with it yet.

For those interested in such things, since the original post from this event I’ve discovered that the interesting shoes Kathryn is wearing are by Valentino. They are called Rockstud and are part of the Valentino Spring 2011 collection. A mere £595 (US$1000) per pair! I’ll take 3!

This post was originally going to happen early last week with 3 new medium sized images but other updates took precedence. As luck would have it the delay meant I could change those 3 for much larger versions and add an additional one (as shown above and below). So, 4 new large photos have been added to the Gallery.
