Colony_S01E04_still_002Ahead of tonight’s broadcast of the first episode of the USA Network sci-fi-ish show Colony that stars Kathryn in her recurring role an additional set of promo photos have been released.

I won’t delay you any further.  All 10 photos that Kathryn appears in (including the hi-res one added previously) are now in the KM UK Gallery.

Update:  I’ve added a second ‘sneak peek’ video clip to the Gallery.  This time of a scene between Kathryn and Amanda Righetti.

Kathryn On Colony This Week? Should Be

Colony_S01E04_still_001After the recent disappointment of a promo video that did not accurately depict the next episode of the USA Network show Colony, things are looking much more on track this week.

Although the latest promo videos (now in the KM UK Gallery) do not show Kathryn there is now new evidence that she will be in the upcoming episode, due for broadcast in the US this week.  A couple of dozen promo photos were made public last week but it only with an additional one out today that we get our first proper look at Charlotte.

A press release (below) has been… err… released that lists Kathryn along with the actor (Adrian Pasdar) who plays her character’s husband as one of the guest stars.  It looks like, as I suspected, Maddie’s storyline will involve Kathryn’s Charlotte.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4

COLONY – “Blind Spot” – 10pm/9c

Will (Josh Holloway) continues to earn the respect of his new colleagues, but when his home comes under an attack, everyone is a suspect- even those closest to him. Meanwhile, Maddie (Amanda Righetti) finds a way in to the upper echelon.

The series also stars Sarah Wayne Callies, Peter Jacobson, Tory Kittles and Isabella Crovetti-Cramp.

Guest Stars: Adrian Pasdar, Kathryn Morris, Carl Weathers, Kathy Baker, Kathleen Rose Perkins, Erin Way, Paul Guilfoyle, Felix Solis

In some recent Twitter posts Johnny Messner (Kathryn’s partner) mentioned Kathryn as being in three episodes (which matches the info I have) and playing an art dealer.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATHRYN! – Update

Today (28th Jan) is the anniversary of the day our favourite lady started brightening the world with her existence.

Update (31st Jan):  The other day Kathryn’s partner, Johnny Messner, posted a photo (now in the Gallery) of a cake he’d baked for her birthday with the following message:

Made this gluten free dark chocolate cake for someone’s birthday today!! Not a big baker but I think I handled on this one 😎

Kathryn Is In Colony Next Week!

Colony_S01E02_promo_004I really did not expect this to happen so soon!  I was sure we’d be hanging on until at least the 5th episode!

The “next week on…” promo video shown after last Thursday’s première of the new USA Network sci-fi-ish drama series Colony included a couple of brief glimpses of Kathryn!  If this is correct we will see her in episode two.

And when I say ‘brief’ a) I mean really, really brief; and b) instead of ‘brief glimpses’ maybe I should have said ‘glimpse briefs’ 😉

Colony_S01E02_promoWith the second peek being what you see above (grrr!) and the Amanda Righetti (The Mentalist) scene shown just before it we can safely say Colony is turning up the sexy!  For those of us that not lusting after Josh Holloway (Lost) anyway  :-)

Over the video we hear Kathryn, as Charlotte, say “You work for me.  Do you understand?”  We can’t see who she is saying this to.

If you didn’t tune in last time then maybe you should reconsider for next week.

Kathryn @ People’s Choice Awards 2010 Reprise

peoples_choice_awards_onstage_007Almost exactly a year a go I posted a sizeable update of photos of Kathryn at People’s Choice Awards in 2010.

peoples_choice_awards_onstage_006The additional photos then were focused on the red carpet side of the event.  The ‘before’ if you will.

Today we look at the ‘during’ with a smaller update involving the events on stage and backstage.

Sadly I’ve nothing from ‘after’  :-(

This event was a little unusual for a public appearance by Kathryn because her role in presenting two awards with Greg Grunberg (Alias) meant had advanced warning it would be happening.  I even posted about it a few weeks previously!  Go me!

peoples_choice_awards_backstage_001This year’s People’s Choice Awards; which covers film, television and music; took place last week.  I like to make these updates to old events timely.  Unlike the Oscars which can allow one film to dominate proceedings in the PCAs the categories largely prevent that.  Having said that Furious 7 (which not a prequel to The Hateful Eight regardless of what you might think!), The Big Bang Theory and Taylor Swift could between them be said to have won the major prizes between them.

The KM UK Gallery now has extra photos of Kathryn both on the Nokia Theatre stage and behind it in January of 2010.
