We finally reach the end of our little journey with Annalisa and the team at Pensacola: Wings Of Gold. And it really ends with a bang. Well, a brush. A brush with… paint on it Screencaps and video clips from episodes 20-22 have been added to the Gallery.
Well nearly the last. Kathryn gets less than half a minute of air-time in this one, and some of that is out of focus in the background. It is not As Good As It Gets short, but it is not far off. She doesn’t make it on screen until some of the final scenes. You couldn’t really leave it any later than that. Billed just as Anxious Mother, Kathryn speaks briefly with Valerie Rosales, the lead character as played by Jennifer Beals, about being worried letting her daughter go away on the school bus. Updated screencaps and a video clip have been added to the Gallery.
Nearly there. Three more episodes (ep17-19) worth of screencaps and videos of Kathryn as Lt. Annalisa “Stinger” Lindstrom have been added to the Pensacola: Wings Of Gold gallery. Annalisa’s “will they won’t they” relationship with A.J. is really building. Lots of great smiles and in echo of the recent Stealing Home episode of Cold Case we get Kathryn playing baseball.

Author, activist, commentator, model, narrator, voiceover artist. What doesn’t Ben Patrick Johnson do? If The Rains Don’t Cleanse is Johnson’s latest novel, it tells the story of missionary schoolteachers and their families in the 1950s Belgian Congo. Principal character Eva Dunagan is based on Johnson’s mother Ava, the story is based on her experiences. Ben details in the 26 May 2009 entry of his MySpace blog that Kathryn recorded this excerpt in the week before the Memorial Day weekend. The implication is that just this 10 minute section was recorded, so hold off on any thoughts that Kathryn has recorded the whole audiobook. I’ve found no evidence of an audiobook recording being made available in the future. Perhaps if you let the author and publisher know you really like the excerpt they will get Kathryn to do it. You can listen to the 10 minute excerpt on Johnson’s MySpace blog, on YouTube or in the Gallery. The book’s official website can be found here.
