We are rapidly approaching the special day of a certain special lady. Yes, Kathryn’s birthday is just a few weeks away (28 Jan). Wouldn’t it be great to celebrate the event with some new birthday themed fan art to go with our best wishes?

 Let’s get 2011 off to the best start possible with some lovely HQ images of the amazing Kathryn Morris at her most beautiful best.
This is another post that falls into the category of “been in the gallery for ages but never posted about.” I’m using the excuse (not that any excuse is needed  ) of a recently discovered new photo (albeit very similar to the others) and HQ updates to many of the existing ones.
We’re going back to June 2008 for the dinner hosted by fashion accessory designer Kate Spade to mark the launch of a new range of bags. Kathryn attended the event with many other celebs, including Roselyn Sanchez (above) and ‘Til Death star Joely Fisher.
These are some of my favourite photos of Kathryn. She looks so bright and fresh, helped no doubt by the crisp blue and white outfit. Gorgeous.

 Time for some festive images, and what better time could there be for them than now?
This update sees some great Avatars, Banners and Wallpapers from Karen, the appropriately named IcyWinter (brrr!) and SmallBarbie. We may have lost Mother’s Little Helpers (now renamed Cougars, Inc.) but in Smallbarbie’s follow-up to her Kathryn as a fairy wallpaper we’ve gained a sexy Santa’s Little Helper
Thanks to all our fan art contributors this year, between us we’ve manage to amass over 300 items in just 3 months!

 The previously reported iApp of the M: Mermaids Of Hollywood book by the photographer Mark Anderson is now available in the iTunes App Store for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad for the princely sum of 59p (99 cents US).
Kathryn appears in two photos. The second is the same as the preview image we’ve already seen, there is nothing more to it than that. The first, as previewed above, is a wider shot of Kathryn hiding behind the same fishing equipment. She has very dark lipstick and wet hair. We do get to see her tail (which looks a little Photoshopped on). It is a little disappointing compared to the images of some of the other ladies, as this past year has seen Kathryn be far bolder on camera, but it still good to see.

 ET Online are reporting that Kathryn will feature in a forthcoming book, M: Mermaids Of Hollywood, by the photographer Mark Anderson.
Kristen Bell, Mena Suvari and Connie Britton are among the 60 celebs starring in the mermaid-themed set of photographs. The book is due out in March 2011. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one

Update: It looks like this book might also be an eBook App for the iPhone and iPad and will be made available via the iTunes Store, possibly before the end of the year. A ‘Making of’ video can be found HERE on YouTube, Kathryn does not appear in it at all but if it gives a reasonable impression of what Kathryn’s photo might include… WOWZA! 😉
