Fan Art Update – November 2010

Update number 3 for the Fan Art section of the KM UK Gallery.

This time we are very fortunate to have a large number Avatars, Banners, Drawings and Wallpapers & Backgrounds by artists Karen, IcyWinter and first-time contributor Smallbarbie. Too many in fact to do proper justice to in this post really but huge thanks to them for their great efforts. There is a Thanksgiving theme to several of them.

I plan to do another update before Xmas so if your are hit by some festive inspiration to make some Kathryn-related Fan Art please do let me know.

I’m planning to have another Fan Art update by the end of the week so if you have anything you’d like to add then please let me know.

I’d like to get another update in nearer to Xmas if you are thinking of festive themed art works.

Fan Art Update – Halloween 2010 – Update

Here is the second update to the Fan Art section of the KM UK Gallery, which includes a Halloween theme to some of the new items.

As you can see above TRB has taken Lilly over to the dark side in an illustration for an upcoming ‘fan fic.’ Send us details when the writing is complete TRB. We also have new Banners and Wallpapers & Backgrounds by IcyWinter and Karen, who has clearly been inspired by recent events and revelations. Thanks to them for their handiwork, hard work and generosity.

The KM UK Gallery is full of useful source material for Fan Art in the form of large sized, high quality photos, scans and HD screencaps from Kathryn’s TV and film work. New images are added regularly. Also the search facility, combined with the tagging of the images, should help you find the image you are after.

If you feel inspired to make some Kathryn-related Fan Art please do let me know so you can showcase it on KM UK. Possible ideas for themes are the impending Xmas, New Year and Kathryn’s birthday.

Halloween Fan Art?

Anyone up for creating some Kathryn-related, Halloween-themed fan art?

The idea came up in a recent discussion which had drifted somewhat from its topic

At the time I referred to it as a “competition” but I think “challenge” would probably be more appropriate. There won’t be any prizes beyond fame, glory and deep sense of pride you’ll get seeing your artistic endeavours displayed in the KM UK Gallery

My aim would be to post all suitable submissions at some point during the week prior to the witching day itself, 31st October. Let us know you are interested in a comment below and email me directly or use the contact form to arrange sending me your work.

Fan Art Update – October 2010

Here is the first update to the Fan Art section of the KM UK Gallery, hopefully the first of many.

The gallery has been extended with a new segments for Banners and Buttons. We are kicking them off with 22 items.

We have also some new great Avatars and Wallpapers & Backgrounds by Karen and IcyWinter. Thanks to them for their handiwork, hard work and generosity.
