Another Photo Of Kathryn On The Set Of Cougars, Inc.

onset_20100207_001The director of Cougars, Inc., Asher Levin, has posted some more on set photos taken by Neil Fernandez on the Official Cougars, Inc. Facebook page. One them includes Kathryn so I have added it to the Gallery.

It is quite a small picture of Kathryn and Kyle Gallner as “Sam and Alison share some face time.” The smile is again in evidence but how about some bigger pictures Asher?

Thanks again to Asher for posting the photo and Neil for taking it.

Let’s Play ‘Spot The Difference: Cougars, Inc.’ – Answers Added

Updated box artTime for a little game based on a newly released version of the Cougars, Inc. box art (see right).

I’m calling it My Illustration Looking Fun game, or the M.I.L… Oh dear… That’s unfortunate 😉

The game involves looking at this latest revision of the box art and comparing it with the previous one and noting the differences.  I’m sure we all played games like that as children.

Go to the Gallery and look at the images labelled Box Art 1 and the just added Box Art 3 (they are currently the 4th item on the second row and the 1st on the 3rd row, hold your mouse pointer over the thumbnails to see the labels).  How many differences can you spot?  Why do you think they made the changes?  Let us know by posting a comment.

Having already released copies of the Blu-ray and DVD box art we’ll have to wait and see if they will be updated to match.

The Answers

Having analysed the two images the differences are these:

  • Kathryn and the stair rail are much larger.  They’ve scaled up that whole area making Kathryn almost as tall as Denise.  It certainly makes her more prominent than she was.  That may have been the primary goal behind the change.
  • The new “It’s 10pm. Do you know where your mother is?” tag-line has been added.
  • “James Belushi” has been changed to “Jim Belushi”.  That is how he is generally known.
  • The picture of Jim Belushi has changed and moved slightly to the left.
  • There are small changes to Denise’s head, neck line and her left shoulder (our right).  Nothing major just small shifts and size changes.

Cougars, Inc. On Netflix In US

Netflix logoJust a quick one to end the day.

Cougars, Inc. has made an appearance on the US movie rental website Netflix.  So, our American cousins will be able to get the film from there when it is released.

I don’t have access to the site from here in the UK so if you are in the US, have access and can give us more information please leave a comment.

You can find the Cougars, Inc. page HERE.

Thanks to Tianna for spotting it and letting us know.

Screenshot Of Kathryn From Cougars, Inc.

screenshot_001Asher Levin has posted another image involving Kathryn on the Official Cougars, Inc. Facebook page.  You can’t make out much but it is said to be a screenshot supposedly involving “Sam (Kyle Gallner) and Alison (Kathryn Morris) share a laugh and more…”  Kathryn’s smile is clearly evident 😉

I’ve added the image to the Misc album of the Cougars, Inc. section of the Gallery.

Thanks to Asher for posting the image.

Update: I’ve upgraded the image to the full-sized version.

Cougars Get Loverboys In Germany

German DVD box artAmazon German has changed the details of the DVD and Blu-ray editions of Cougars, Inc.

The Blu-ray is now listed as Loverboys – Mother’s Little Helpers as it was when news first broke back in January of the early release on discs in Europe.

The DVD page on the other hand has an extra surprise for us as we get the even more different title of Loverboys – Desperate Wives.  I’m thinking that one of those will change before long so they are both the same.

The Loverboys part of the title does seem fixed as the box art shown for both formats has changed to include that wording.  The different aspect ratio of the covers means the layout is slightly different for each case.  Check out the Gallery for hi-resolution copies of both images.  I’ve also included a much larger sized box art image.

I assume that the “FSK ab 16 freigegeben” logo in the lower left corner is an age rating.  16 does seem more appropriate than the “12” currently in the text on the Amazon pages.
