I know how he feels. There is still no indication of whether Kathryn will be in the release version of the film or not 😡 It’s being called trailer number 2 by most people but it is actually the third we’ve seen. The TV spot was the 2nd. You can find a copy of the video in the Gallery.
The Moneyball première will be a gala event. A ball for Moneyball Details can be found on the TIFF website. Another poster graphic has been added to the Gallery.
As has become usual for this film the only cast members listed are Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill and Philip Seymour Hoffman. No mention of Kathryn or Robin Wright. The small print of the image does not list any of the cast at all. Believe me. I’ve checked. You can find a copy of the image in the Gallery.

As previously thought it is the same as that shown on Entertainment Tonight, so no sign of Kathryn. There are no credits either.
