What better way to start our Summer Of HD than at the beginning. The beginning of Cold Case season 7 that is. The Gallery now includes 273 new full HD (1080p) exclusive screencaps from The Crossing.

What better way to start our Summer Of HD than at the beginning. The beginning of Cold Case season 7 that is. The Gallery now includes 273 new full HD (1080p) exclusive screencaps from The Crossing. My intention was to write a longer piece about this, as I did for the two Xena episodes (see part 1 & part 2) but there really isn’t much to describe here. That is not to say this is a insignificant role, just a simple one to lay out. This is Kathryn very much in her “guest starring” period. Between leaving Pensacola: Wings Of Gold and being propelled into the big time by Minority Report Kathryn amassed quite a collection of acting credits. From almost throw-away roles, literally in the case of her scenes deleted from The Last Castle, to movie carrying tour de forces, she did them all. Working with so many different casts and crews must have been a given her a solid grounding in the “business that is show.” Lilly’s sister goes missing. Scotty helps track her down. The rest of the squad investigates an old case of Will’s and discover a ‘chief’ suspect. And that’s that for season 7 of Cold Case. Possibly the last season ever. Will the squad be back in the autumn? Will we see Lilly return with a different badge? Hopefully CBS will let us know about its plans in the next few weeks. Check back here regularly in the coming weeks for the latest news on that. Remember, you’ll read it hear… er… second probably, maybe third Personally, for now, I’m going with Cold Case not being renewed and there being no spin-offs. That way if that turns out to be the case I can’t be disappointed. If we do get another season that will make it even better news. I’ll post more thoughts on the finalé and the show in general later. 331 HD (720p) exclusive screencaps can be found in the Gallery. TVFan’s double-episode review can be found over at PTR. New evidence on the death of the prom queen (is it always the prom queen? it must be one of the most dangerous jobs in America) gets the squad investigating. Plus, Lilly’s sister shows up looking for help, and Lilly’s in a charitable mood. 204 HD (720p) exclusive screencaps can be found in the Gallery. TVFan’s double-episode review can be found over at PTR. Lilly solves a case with Agent Cavanaugh, who is clearly grooming her for a job at the FBI. He has to field test her first though. There’s a lot of “free love” going around 😉 335 HD (720p) exclusive screencaps can be found in the Gallery. Lots of great Lilly smiles TVFan gives us her review of Free Love and a view of the future over at Pass The Remote. |
