Prison Break, Cold Case-style.
Bones found just outside the walls of an old jail point to an inmate that tried to escape. Or do they? And is there is long standing deception at the heart of this 1968 case? That would be “no” and “yes”, obviously
Music is brought to the fore in this episode with the clever tying together of the case and the single artist used throughout the episode. The crime is set on the day (13th January 1968) that Johnny Cash recorded his live album At Fulsom Prison, performing in front of inmates at the jail. Half the tracks used in The House were in the set list of the concert.
Future Castle star Seamus Dever made one of his earlier TV appearances in this episode.
