As for the Royal wedding, being American it’s not a big deal. I know in the UK it is, congrats on Prince William and Kate.
Definitely not my favorite outfit. The shoes are very cute though… but you can barely see them because of those ugly black tights!
I think either peoplemagazine or EW once commented on how bad the dress was. They said something like,”Love the show ( referring to CC), hate the dress.”
