It’s not all cougars, cougars, cougars…
The Hollywood Reporter’s Annual ‘Power 100: Women In Entertainment Breakfast’, marked the last of Kathryn’s public appearances of 2010, and the last full stop at the time of writing. It may have won the worst costume award in the recent KM UK Awards 2011 (and fellow KM UK Award winner CarleneK did Kathryn’s makeup for this event) but we’re not quite finished with it yet.
For those interested in such things, since the original post from this event I’ve discovered that the interesting shoes Kathryn is wearing are by Valentino. They are called Rockstud and are part of the Valentino Spring 2011 collection. A mere £595 (US$1000) per pair! I’ll take 3!
This post was originally going to happen early last week with 3 new medium sized images but other updates took precedence. As luck would have it the delay meant I could change those 3 for much larger versions and add an additional one (as shown above and below). So, 4 new large photos have been added to the Gallery.
OK, maybe there was a little cougar in there
Thanks to smallbarbie for the reminder.
I though first that this was recent, but then I saw 2010 The shoes wow, 1,000 for a pair; and Kathryn certained earned every penny to be able to afford something like that
The top photo of Kathryn, looks like she’s tired. It might be just me but she clearly looks that way..
Sorry, I’ve made it clearer in the subject line that it is from last December.
My last comment was when I just had woke up, wasn’t exactly awake yet.
Oh my lord, I am madly in love with those shoes… and Kathryn certainly pulls them off like a boss. 😀
@Lolly- I’m not a fan of those shoes, in my own opinion I don’t really like them. Nothing against you or Kathryn
There are knockoffs of the same shoes for less money, I actually had once come across a pair just like the ones that Kathryn is seen here wearing.
Haha no big, I don’t take offense.
The knockoffs are so good these days that it’s not even plausible. Hahaha. The funny thing is that some of the “knockoffs” are just purses, shoes, etc. that had something a little bit wrong with them, so they got cast off, and someone stole them. So it’s technically not even a knockoff. 😀
@Lolly- That actually isn’t true, the knockoff versions don’t have anything wrong with them. I used to work in retail, and know a lot about knockoffs versus the real brands.
Knockoffs are just a a cheaper verison from a different designer made so that people can afford something that it’s quite similiar but not actually designer shoe.
They don’t get cast off or stolen… Actually if you look in stores such as Target, Walmart or other stores you can find shoes that are similiar to what Kathryn wore..
