Is this the actual official Cougars, Inc. trailer? It certainly looks like it could be the real deal. All the details tie up with what we know already and the poster appears to work for Lionsgate/Grindstone, the distributors. At the time of writing the referenced Lionsgate DVD website does not have the movie listed.
The video appeared on YouTube late yesterday and it states in the description that the film will get a DVD & Blu-ray release on 10th May 2011. Remember that the film is ‘R’ rated in the US and the trailer does contain strong language and scenes of a sexual nature, consider it NSFW.
Kathryn appears in various parts of the trailer, it looks like she has some interesting scenes 😉 , but Denise Richards features more prominently. Brit actress Rebecca Mader also gets a few lines, she seems to be the comic foil.

Sam has been kicked out of every school across the country. Through this hilarious new job Sam and his friends explore the generation of Cougars who are desperately trying to stay young and loving every lesson they are taught.
At least it’s getting an actual DVD release, as much as I love Kathryn; this isn’t something I’d see. To me it’s considering a teen movie, given the storyline… Nothing against Kathryn, I’m just waiting to see Moneyball, it seems like a better movie (storyline wise)
Hopefully Cougars inc doesn’t get any bad reviews, especially for Kathryn.

I wonder just how much attenton this movie will have, considering it will be a DVD release, or how negetive or postive the reviews of it might be.
Does anyone thing we won’t hear too much about this movie and hear more near the time when Kathryn’s biggest movie premires in September.
I just think Moneyball will really shine the spotlight on Kathryn which she deserves.. Just don’t understand why she chose to be in Cougars Inc, in my opinion she’s made for much better films and tv.
Nothing against her, I wish her the best and hope she wins an oscar for “Moneyball.”

-Maybe it’s because she thought the film might have been, oh I dunno, fun to do? I mean, look at her filmography for the past seven years. -Cold Case – Drama. Bit part as a stoner nurse in Assassination of a High School President – Ummm, comedy?

I watched the trailer, and I can say that even with Kathryn in it, I’d still watch the movie. The fact that KM is in it just makes it a heck of a lot better.
Also, you don’t need to repeat yourself all the time. Just saying, is all.
@TRB- I’m aware about the repeating myself part, don’t need to point something like that. It’s not needed and a put down..
I guess I just want her to be in better films. Yet I did quickly judge this movie just on the storyline itself.
Perhaps I should see it before putting it down..
