Lounging around with Kathryn is certainly an appealing idea 😉
Yesterday (16 Jan 2010) Kathryn attended an event related to the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards, due to happen later today.
This sort of event I’m not so keen on. It just comes across a bit… tawdry. I know that lots of celebs do endorsements but this seems to be a case of throwing them into a room of stuff and photographing looking at things. Nothing official.
Anyway, enough of the negative. Let’s concentrate on the positive. Photos! Of Kathryn! 5 photos of Kathryn in the HBO Luxury Lounge have been added to the Gallery. There were other “lounges” focusing on different types of products, hopefully photos from them will be added later.
It’s a much more down to earth looking Kathryn than we’ve seen at recent events, and she’s no less lovely for it. That’s probably how she looks most of the time. Me likey!

A press release for the Golden Globes says there will be over 50 presenters and then lists just under 50. Kathryn is not listed, which is clearly filled with the really big names and those that are the current faves.

I’m not a drinker myself but I think the Americans have very different tastes in beer from the Europeans.
That’s is true, when it comes to tastes in beer; myself being an American. Although I don’t really to drink. This is the second award show that she will attend this year, and still no award.
Doesn’t Hollywood see or even reconize Kathryn’s talents???

And I liked seeing her with a Dutch beer. The chance she’ll shoot another movie in the Netherlands is tiny as hell, but boy, did I wish I had known her when Mindhunters was filmed here.
IcyWinter – There are a lot of other great actresses too and Kathryn doesn’t usually have the big roles in movies. Hopefully she’ll get a reward for her hard work before Cold Case is over. Keep hoping!

I kept searching but have not turned up anything about Kathryn being at the awards so I assume she wasn’t.
I don’t like that Hat that Kathryn is wearing, why did she only attend this but not the actual golden globe awards??
It is not a great looking hat but the colours go with her outfit and she looks quite good in it. It covers her hair which isn’t at its best.
I looked at other photos of people attending this gifting thing to see if none of them attended the ceremony as well. I wondered if it they could do one thing or the other, but not both. But some of them did go to the ceremony as well. Perhaps Kathryn didn’t want to go to the awards, couldn’t for some reason, or just wasn’t asked to go.
We’ll never know.

It’s getting that way Carrie. There are a few of posts with more still. The Jurisprudence episode of CC caused quite bit of chatter over Eddie. And articles about certain magazines from last year provoked a lot of responses.
